As a general rule, your rug should be large enough to fit at least the front legs of your furniture on it. For dining rooms, ensure the rug extends at least 24 inches beyond the table on all sides so chairs stay on the rug when pulled out.
What is your return policy for area rugs?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the rug in its original condition for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.
How long will it take for my rug to ship?
Most in-stock rugs ship within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 business days via standard ground shipping.
How should I clean and maintain my new rug?
Vacuum regularly without a beater bar to prevent fiber damage. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. We recommend professional cleaning every 1-2 years depending on foot traffic.
Do I need a rug pad?
Yes, we highly recommend using a rug pad. It prevents slipping, protects your hardwood floors from scratches, provides extra cushioning, and extends the life of your rug by reducing friction.
What should I do if my rug arrives with creases?
Creasing is common due to shipping. Simply roll the rug in the opposite direction for 24 hours or place heavy furniture on the edges. Most creases will naturally flatten within a week of use.
